I would like to give you some insights into NLP training & techniques, in particular how to use neuro linguistic programming to change your life.

Founded in the 1970’s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, NLP is an approach to communication and personal development that explores how we think and feel, and analyzes the internal language patterns that we use to reflect our experiences.

It’s called neuro linguistic programming because it combines three words. The word “neuro” represents our nervous system, the word “linguistic” stands for our language, and the word, “programming” represents the actions that we take in order to achieve specific results.

My WellnessFX Blood Test Results

I would like to share with you my Wellness FX blood test results. From these results, I’ve received some important revelations with regards to my health.

As many of you know, one of the goals that I set for myself this year was to get comprehensive testing done. I recently got a heavy metal toxicity test done, which inspired me to dive deeper and learn more about what is going on inside of my body.

I would like to share my Tony Robbins Date with Destiny experience & review. I was lucky enough to attend this event in the Gold Coast of Australia with my girlfriend, Tatiana. It was a goal that I set for myself earlier this year and I’m happy that I was able to achieve it.

As many of you who follow me know, I’m a big believer in Tony Robbins. He has changed my life in so many ways, and I am eternally grateful. I think that everyone should have the opportunity to experience his work and his mission.

I would like to respond to a question that I received on Snapchat from one of my follower’s by the name of Noah, who asked me to reflect on how to find meaning in life. This topic brings into question the myriad of limiting beliefs that people have about themselves and the world.

We all have limiting beliefs that hold us back from achieving our goals and dreams. However, at any given moment, we have the power to change those beliefs. Finding meaning in life may seem incomprehensible, but if you commit to shifting your mindset, your entire life will transform, giving you the power to create a life that is rich in meaning.
