My Complete Journey To The WBFF Fitness Model Competition

Fitness Progress Report #8: How To Achieve Your Fitness Goals

Only 3 days remaining until the WBFF Fitness Model Competition on June 23rd, 2012 in Vancouver.  I’ve been focused on peaking this last week with my coach, lowering my sodium levels and manipulating the water in my body.  I’m very excited, because I’m so close to achieving my goal and commitment that I set out back in February in my Journey To The WBFF Fitness Model Competition video blog.

Fitness Progress Report #7: 17 Days Remaining Until WBFF

Stefan-Posing-9Only 17 days remaining until the WBFF competition on June 23, 2012 in Vancouver, BC!  I’ve been very consistent these last two weeks, since my last Fitness Progress Report, and things are coming along well.  I’ve been lowering carb intake slowly, as instructed by my coach, and have been starting to tighten up a bit more.  It’s a very fine line between getting really lean, without losing much of my size.  But I’ve noticed these last two weeks that I’ve gotten smaller after taking my measurements.

Fitness Progress Report #6: 4 Weeks To WBFF Competition

stefan pylarinos 4 weeks to wbffThere’s 4 weeks to go until the WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition on June 23, 2012 in Vancouver. Since my last Fitness Progress Report two weeks ago, I’ve begun leaning out and my body has slowly been tightening up. As you’ll be able to see from the pictures below, the outlines of my abs are beginning to be revealed.  We’ve only made some slight adjustments to lowering my fat intake by 10 grams for the last two weeks, and it’s amazing how such a little change can make a noticeable difference.

Fitness Progress Report #5: Beginning Fat-Loss Phase

I’m 6 weeks away from the WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition on June 23rd, 2012 and my coach has just this last week instructed me to start lowing my daily calories to commence my fat-loss phase. After my last Fitness Progress Report two weeks ago, I was weighing in around 152.9 lbs. The highest my weight has peaked was around 155 lbs last week, and now it’s slowly starting to come down around 154 lbs. My goal for the competition is to be around 147-148 lbs and 4-5% body fat.

Fitness Progress Report #4: Final Stages Of Mass Gain Before Leaning Out

I’m about two months out from the WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition on June 23rd in Vancouver and it’s time to post another Fitness Progress Report, to see how I’m progressing towards that goal.

My last Fitness Progress Report was about two weeks ago and I put up some comparison pictures of roughly two months of progress. I was amazed to see how much bigger I had gotten in that time, which is what’s great about doing these Fitness Progress Reports regularly. Sometimes you don’t feel like you’re making progress towards your goal, but if you’re tracking consistently, you are then able to look back and notice the changes.

Fitness Progress Report #3: Getting Bigger While Staying Lean

It’s been about 3 weeks since I’ve last posted a Fitness Progress Report, so today I took some pictures and my measurements to see exactly where I’m at and how I’m progressing.

Currently, my primary goal is to compete in the WBFF Fitness Modelling competition on June 23rd, 2012 in Vancouver. About two weeks ago, I decided to enter another fitness competition called the Bill Phillips Transformation Spring Forward Challenge. I decided to enter the Spring Forward Challenge simply because the dates are lined up almost perfectly with the WBFF competition. It’s also given me some added incentive, as there are some really cool prizes if you win! Find out more about it here.
