Fitness Progress Report #6: 4 Weeks To WBFF Competition

stefan pylarinos 4 weeks to wbffThere’s 4 weeks to go until the WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition on June 23, 2012 in Vancouver. Since my last Fitness Progress Report two weeks ago, I’ve begun leaning out and my body has slowly been tightening up. As you’ll be able to see from the pictures below, the outlines of my abs are beginning to be revealed.  We’ve only made some slight adjustments to lowering my fat intake by 10 grams for the last two weeks, and it’s amazing how such a little change can make a noticeable difference.

Fitness Progress Report #5: Beginning Fat-Loss Phase

I’m 6 weeks away from the WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition on June 23rd, 2012 and my coach has just this last week instructed me to start lowing my daily calories to commence my fat-loss phase. After my last Fitness Progress Report two weeks ago, I was weighing in around 152.9 lbs. The highest my weight has peaked was around 155 lbs last week, and now it’s slowly starting to come down around 154 lbs. My goal for the competition is to be around 147-148 lbs and 4-5% body fat.

Fitness Progress Report #4: Final Stages Of Mass Gain Before Leaning Out

I’m about two months out from the WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition on June 23rd in Vancouver and it’s time to post another Fitness Progress Report, to see how I’m progressing towards that goal.

My last Fitness Progress Report was about two weeks ago and I put up some comparison pictures of roughly two months of progress. I was amazed to see how much bigger I had gotten in that time, which is what’s great about doing these Fitness Progress Reports regularly. Sometimes you don’t feel like you’re making progress towards your goal, but if you’re tracking consistently, you are then able to look back and notice the changes.

Fitness Progress Report #3: Getting Bigger While Staying Lean

It’s been about 3 weeks since I’ve last posted a Fitness Progress Report, so today I took some pictures and my measurements to see exactly where I’m at and how I’m progressing.

Currently, my primary goal is to compete in the WBFF Fitness Modelling competition on June 23rd, 2012 in Vancouver. About two weeks ago, I decided to enter another fitness competition called the Bill Phillips Transformation Spring Forward Challenge. I decided to enter the Spring Forward Challenge simply because the dates are lined up almost perfectly with the WBFF competition. It’s also given me some added incentive, as there are some really cool prizes if you win! Find out more about it here.

Fitness Progress Report #1: Putting On Size

A little over two weeks ago, I made a public commitment and video blog that I was going to compete in the WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition on June 23rd, 2012.  In that blog post, I shared my pictures, weight, and measurements on exactly where I was at. To see where I started, click here.

My Journey To The WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition – Part 1: My Commitment

wbff vancouverToday is a special day for me – it’s the day that I’ve made the DECISION and COMMITMENT to compete in the WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition on June 23rd, 2012 in Vancouver, BC.

I’ve put the stakes in the ground, and I’m getting the word out so that I have the added leverage to make it happen.

I’ve told my friends, my family, and am now announcing it to the public on my blog.  There is no backing down now – failure is not an option.  I’ve literally burned the boats, so now I’m forced to take the island.  That is what a REAL RESOLUTION is about.
