For the past two years, I've publicly declared my goals and resolutions at the beginning of each year. I've found by doing this, it's created a powerful internal pressure to take action and raise my standards to achieve them. Accountability is one of the most important factors that has helped me to push myself further and further each year, and I plan on publicly sharing my 2014 goals here as well so that I can remain accountable. This entry was posted in Goal Setting, Inspiration, Monthly Goals Report and tagged 2014, accountability, goals, new year, resolutions on .
2013 is coming to an end and 2014 is right around the corner. Can you believe it? I wanted to share an in-depth update of my 2013 goals and summarize the successes and failures of 2013. In January of 2013, I publicly stated my New Year Resolutions right here on my blog as a way to be open and be accountable to them. While I didn't achieve everything that I set out to achieve, I did make some amazing progress in my life. I had some major successes that have changed my life for the better, and have also had a few failures. I share them all below. Also, I've included an important exercise for you to complete before you even consider setting your 2014 goals and resolutions. Make sure to act upon it!This entry was posted in Business, Career & Mission, Emotions & Meaning, Finances, Goal Setting, Health & Fitness, Inspiration, Monthly Goals Report, Relationships and tagged 2013, failure, goals, resolutions, review, success on .

I wanted to make my goals and New Year Resolutions public for this year, as I did last year for My 2012 New Year Resolutions, as a way of accountability. I've found tremendous value in making my goals public as there suddenly becomes a consequence to not achieving your goals, which is often being embarrassed and feeling like a failure in front of others. I talked about my philosophy around this in a video blog that I put up a few months ago titled How To Actually Achieve Your Goals that is worth checking out. This entry was posted in Goal Setting, Inspiration, Monthly Goals Report and tagged goal setting, goals, new year resolutions, workshop on .
This video and blog post is long overdue, but I did it! I successfully reached my goal of competing in the WBFF Fitness Model Competition on June 23rd, 2012 in Vancouver, BC. It was one of the most incredible experiences of my life, and something that I can always look back and feel proud of.This entry was posted in Fitness Reports, Health & Fitness, Inspiration, Monthly Goals Report and tagged fitness model competition, stefan pylarinos, WBFF on .
Only 3 days remaining until the WBFF Fitness Model Competition on June 23rd, 2012 in Vancouver. I've been focused on peaking this last week with my coach, lowering my sodium levels and manipulating the water in my body. I'm very excited, because I'm so close to achieving my goal and commitment that I set out back in February in my Journey To The WBFF Fitness Model Competition video blog. This entry was posted in Fitness Reports, Health & Fitness, Inspiration, Monthly Goals Report and tagged competition, fitness, goals, WBFF on .
Only 17 days remaining until the WBFF competition on June 23, 2012 in Vancouver, BC! I've been very consistent these last two weeks, since my last Fitness Progress Report, and things are coming along well. I've been lowering carb intake slowly, as instructed by my coach, and have been starting to tighten up a bit more. It's a very fine line between getting really lean, without losing much of my size. But I've noticed these last two weeks that I've gotten smaller after taking my measurements. This entry was posted in Fitness Reports, Health & Fitness, Inspiration, Monthly Goals Report and tagged competition, Diet, fitness, WBFF, Workout Routine on .
