YOUR BELIEFS AND YOUR CALLING IN LIFE

your beliefs and your calling in life

I would like to share with you how your beliefs and your calling in life have the power to shape the direction that your life will take.

Let me begin with a story. In July 1985, a man named Mel Fisher found the 1622 wreck of the Spanish Nuestra Señora de Atocha, which was a treasure that was worth over $500 million.

It took Mel Fisher 16 years of his life to find this treasure, which is a testament to his extraordinary willpower, determination, and commitment.

BE MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY TOUGH

be mentally and physically tough

Do you want to know the secret that will allow you to be mentally and physically tough?

The common thread amongst all of the most successful people in the world is that they implement habits into their daily routine.

John Maxwell once said, “You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine”.

I believe that mastery is the path to living an extraordinary life.  Successful people operate at an optimal level of efficiency, every day.

Your Relationship With Yourself

Your Relationship With Yourself

Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship that you will ever have.

In today’s constantly connected world, it is more important than ever to find time for solitude.  Doing so allows you to build a better relationship with yourself.

How much time do you spend time with yourself?  If the answer is not much, it is time to make a change.

Unfortunately, the relationship with oneself is the one relationship that people overlook the most.

There is a misconception that people that spend time alone are ‘lonely’ or ‘sad’, but this is far from true.

My Morning Routine: The Five Minute Journal

my morning routine the five minute journal

I would like to share with you something that I’ve been doing every single day for the past two years, as part of my morning routine.  This exercise is called, “The Five Minute Journal”.

Using the science of positivity to improve happiness, this journal is structured in such a way that inspires you to start and end each day with gratitude.

You fill out one page/day. At the top of each page, there is an inspiring quote or some sort of action that you commit to doing at the start of each week.
