Are you happy or unhappy in your life?
As Tony Robbins says, “the quality of your life is the quality of your emotions.”
In this video blog, I’m going to reveal how I can tell the level of happiness you currently have right now in your life.
We all have a “default state” – a set of habitual emotions that we consistently feel everyday.
In a previous video blog, I shared how to feel AWESOME all the time, which explains how to change this default state of being so that you can feel awesome consistently in your life.
In my experience, the best way to change your emotions is through conditioning with a morning ritual. By consistently conditioning the emotional states you want everyday, you’ll be able to shape the beliefs and emotions that you desire. Happiness becomes a lasting and automatic part of your life.
