Hey guys, Stefan here from projectlifemastery.com, and a quick video for you guys today on how to change your life. Now, there are many different things I could share with you guys to improve yourself, to improve your life, to change your life for the better.
A lot of things I've already mentioned on my blog and YouTube channel and podcast, but I think at the essence of it all, the most important thing you can do, the simplest thing you can do right now in this moment that will change your life for the better is to make a new decision.
Decisions shape everything
They shape your life, the little decisions, and the big decisions. Just making a new decision to take one step closer, one little action towards what you want and where you want to go, that's what's going to change your life for the better.
A lot of people they're caught up and think that they are the big changes that will change your life. It's not true, it's all the little things, the little decisions of what you decide to put into your body each day, what you decide to do in the morning, what goals that you set, what you decide to feed your mind with – books and resources, or maybe poor decisions.
Poor decisions for your health, your body, for your mind, your emotions, for your business, for your career, for your finances. You've got to look at your decisions and ask yourself, are the decisions that I'm making, are they improving my life for the better, are they moving me closer towards what I want and where I want to go with my life?
If not, then you've got to set up your life and set up all those little actions. All the decisions that you do from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed and make sure that those decisions are bringing you what you want in your life.
Long-term results and rewards
Not what it was going to bring you tomorrow, not the immediate satisfaction or the instant gratification you're going to get. You can't make decisions based on that, you always have to make decisions based on the long-term results and rewards, because if you just think for the short-term, then you're just going to eat and consume whatever makes you feel good, or you're just going to watch TV, or you're just going to play video games and do things that are going to make you feel good short-term but long-term aren't going to change your life for the better.
The decisions that you make … right now you're going down a path, your life all the decisions you make right now from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed have taken you down a certain path, a certain highway. You make one little new decision, okay, the littlest decision, maybe it's something that you hear, that can change your life for the better. It can put you down a totally different path.
Maybe it's investing in something, buying a book and you read something and that book has some insights and information and inspires you to make a new decision. You make that little shift, it might seem very small in the moment but that little shift if you take it on long-term, you're in a totally different place in your life, totally different result, totally different outcome. If you want to change your life, make new decisions.
It's simple as that
Look at your current existing decisions that you're making and then make some new ones. It's just as simple as that. Look at everything you do, track it, journal it, and then ask yourself, is what I'm doing right now and throughout the day, is that bringing me closer towards what I want? Is it bringing me closer towards a healthy and vital body, a physically-fit body, amazing passionate loving relationship?
Is it bringing me closer towards financial freedom and success in my life? You've got to look at all those things and make new decisions that will help empower you for the better. So, that's how you change your life.
