I received a lot of amazing support and feedback from PLM followers after sending out this survey (will be revealing the results of the survey soon).  The biggest request was for more content.  People have been asking me to put up more videos, blog posts, podcasts... they just want to see more of me during 2014, which I am humbled by.

Project Life Mastery 2012 Review: The Growth Of Project Life Mastery & How To Start A Blog That Matters

In February of 2012, I had the dream of creating a blog and share videos with the world to help me achieve my goals while contributing to the lives of others.  I didn't expect much when I created Project Life Mastery.  I can definitely say that the growth that Project Life Mastery has endured in 2012 has exceeded my expectations and blown open a new world of possibilities.  I am extremely humbled by the difference I've been able to make in the lives of others and this blog has become a huge passion and vehicle for me to achieve my purpose in life.

Fitness Progress Report #6: 4 Weeks To WBFF Competition

There's 4 weeks to go until the WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition on June 23, 2012 in Vancouver. Since my last Fitness Progress Report two weeks ago, I've begun leaning out and my body has slowly been tightening up. As you'll be able to see from the pictures below, the outlines of my abs are beginning to be revealed.  We've only made some slight adjustments to lowering my fat intake by 10 grams for the last two weeks, and it's amazing how such a little change can make a noticeable difference.

To be honest, I'm a bit nervous and concerned about having my abs being defined enough for the competition in only 4 weeks. I've asked my coach about this and he's assured me that over the next 4 weeks they will be there.
