Many of us look to external sources for happiness, instead of looking within. We seek validation for our self-worth based on the roles that we play.

Developing a relationship with yourself will improve your relationship with everyone you encounter.
When you feel secure in your own skin, you will attract people who feed into that security.
If you can give more to yourself, you will be less dependent on others for that feeling of connection and love.
