ARGENTINA & CHILE | Stefan James Vlog

My fiancée, Tatiana and I recently went on a much-needed vacation to Argentina & Chile!

I've been working non-stop for the last three months on a project that I'm very passionate about. It's fair to say that I've been investing a lot of time and energy into my mission in life.

Argentina & Chile proved to be one of the best places for me to restore, renew and rejuvenate myself.

Argentina & Chile are equally enticing countries.

We couldn't decide on one, so Tatiana and I decided to visit both! The first country we visited was Argentina, which is the leading tourist destination in South America, with 5 million visitors annually. If you're the kind of person that likes street-side tango, amazing wine and some of the best steak in the world, this is the place to go.

One of the highlights of our trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina was visiting the Iguazú Falls. These waterfalls are located on the borders of Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil. They are the largest system of waterfalls in the world. It was truly spectacular to witness this natural wonder.

After an amazing day at the Iguazú Falls, we took the opportunity to experience a popular dining experience called, The Argentine Experience. This is a unique dinner party concept that teaches you about what it means to be an Argentine.

Tatiana and I made empanadas, drank the best wine, indulged in steak and dulce de leche, and prepared and drank our own “mate.” For those of you who don't know, this is a popular drink in Argentina that is infused with the dried leaves of yerba mate.

Our next stop was Chile.

This country narrowly stretches along the southern half of the west coast of South America, between the Andes and the Pacific Ocean. Tatiana and I visited Santiago, which is the capital and the largest city in the country. Our first destination was Sky Costanera. This is a glass-walled observation deck that has the most amazing panoramic view of the entire city. It was spectacular.

Our wine experience continued in Chile with a visit to the Concho y Toro vineyard. This is one of the biggest wineries in the world. Chilean entrepreneur, Don Melchor Concha y Toro founded the vineyard in 1883. Since then, it has transformed into a huge company. Concho y Toro has become the primary exporter of wine for all of Latin America.

South America proved to be an insanely beautiful country with its diversity of cultural experiences. I highly recommend that you put it on your bucket list.

Traveling is an investment in yourself.

Make it a priority to get out and see the world. There is no better way to learn about yourself and connect with others. If traveling is important to y0u, start creating a dream life that you don't need a vacation from.

Where will your next trip be?
