In reality, biohacking has the power to transform our future.

Here are 10 little known biohacks that I personally use that have allowed me to optimize my health.

1. Water Ionizer

Your body is made up of 70% water. It is responsible for nearly every function of your body, from digestion to energy, to cell detoxification. Research shows that ionized alkaline water has been shown to reduce the harmful effects that oxidation can have on the body.

This machine raises the pH level of your water. It does this by restructuring the water molecules. Doing so allows the water to penetrate into your cells and super-hydrate your body.

2. The Oura Ring

This is the world's first ring-sized high-performance activity and sleep-tracking device. This is like a Fitbit on steroids. It's a lot more advanced.

Sleep has a profound influence on our daily performance. This ring allows you to measure the physiological signals of your body while you sleep. As a result, you can hack your sleeping patterns so that you can improve it over time.

3. Swannies Blue Light Blocking Sunglasses

My good friend, James Swanwick makes and sells these glasses online. You wear them one hour before going to bed at night. The glasses allow your body to naturally release melatonin, which helps you fall asleep.

A lot of people have difficulty falling asleep because they spend too much time on their devices. Since wearing these blue light blocking sunglasses, I’ve noticed a drastic improvement in my sleep and overall energy levels.

4. EarthPulse PEMF Therapy

This is a sleep machine which utilizes electrically generated pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) to program the brain towards deep sleep. The cool thing about this machine is that you can use it on multiple parts of your body. However, I mainly use it for sleep purposes.

Research by NASA has found that magnetic therapy is helpful in repairing damaged cells and moderating neurodegenerative diseases, like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson's.

5. The Muse Headband

Despite the benefits that meditation provides, very few people actually meditate. They either don't have the time or they don't know how to meditate. The Muse headband device has completely changed my experience of meditation.

This device measures the brain waves in the front of your head. In particular, how calm or active your mind is. As you meditate it gives you feedback, by translating your brain signals into the sounds of wind. The purpose of this is to calm your mind.

6. JOOVV Red Light Therapy

This device has LED lights on it that emit both red and infrared lights. It utilizes the amazing benefits of a specific range of light, without exposing you to the harmful effects of being in the sun.

Red light therapy has shown promise for treating acne and scars, reducing wrinkles, and helping with chronic muscular pain and neurological damage. I stand in front of my JOOVV, completely naked, for 10-15 minutes every day.

7. Rebounder

I’ve been using this mini trampoline as part of my daily morning ritual for the past 10+ years. It's my go-to body booster. If you are going to purchase a rebounder, I encourage you to invest in a high-quality one.

A new rebounding study showed that, after bouncing 57 minutes a week, significant improvements were found in participant's aerobic capacity and their body fat was reduced by 5.4%.

8. Treadmill Desk

As an Internet entrepreneur, I am sitting a lot in front of my computer. As humans, we weren't designed to sit all day hunched over a computer. This desk allows me to work while getting a workout.

If you haven't already, I encourage you to read the book, Get Up!: Why Your Chair is Killing You and What You Can Do About ItIn this book, the author talks about research that shows that sitting is actually worse for you than smoking.

9. PEMF Mat

This is an advanced portable mat that has copper coils on it which makes it more powerful. Its function is to produce pulsed electromagnetic fields around your body. I use it throughout my day and before I fall asleep.

There are so many amazing benefits to using this technology, some of which include reducing inflammation, improving sleep, and increasing bone density. As someone who has struggled with osteopenia in the past, this is a great technology for me to use.

10. Syncrozap

This device was invented by a woman named, Dr. Hulda Clark. She has done a lot of amazing research on how to eliminate parasites from the body. She believes that a lot of diseases and illnesses are the result of parasites.

The Syncrozap sends a small, non-harmful electrical current throughout your blood and lymph where parasites like to live. The current activates your white blood cells, which are the cells that get rid of the toxins in your body.

These 10 little known biohacks have allowed me to become the best version of myself.
