Firstly, let's break down how Amazon FBA works. This will allow you to better understand our Marketplace Superheroes business model in 3 phases. The first phase involves going to Amazon.com and finding products that are in-demand, but low in competition. The second phase involves taking the products that you find and improving them. The third phase involves branding a product, importing it, and selling it on as many Amazon marketplaces as you possibly can.
The Marketplace Superheroes Business Model
When we bring our products into stock, there is a pre-Amazon location where we receive them. From there, we send these products to an Amazon warehouse. Whenever you make a sale on the Amazon platform, Amazon ships your item, on your behalf, to the customer. They also take care of the customer service related to your order and the day-to-day running of the business. As you can imagine, this is a huge benefit to you.
The Marketplace Superheroes Method
It's important to explain why you sell on Amazon. People go to Amazon to find a particular product because they have a problem that they need solving. Therefore, your goal is to figure out what people are buying and how you can improve what is already selling on Amazon.
Amazon is a place where you can check out what is currently in demand and selling. We suggest that you find products on Amazon that are lower in competition so that you can easily come in and create a new and improved version of that product. I want to break down how you can make a $10,000 per month income on Amazon.
The first thing that you want to do is divide $10,000 by 30 in order to get the daily net profit that will be required to make $10,000 per month. That number is $333. The next thing that you want to do is determine the average net profit you will make every time that you make a sale.
Let's say it's $5. If you take that $5 and divide it by $333 daily profit, that means that you need to make 66 sales per day. This is what will allow you to make $10,000 per month in income. Let's imagine that you are selling 5 different products. If you divide that by 66 sales per day, that would mean that you would be making 13 sales per product, per day in order to achieve your $10,000 in monthly net profit. This is classified as a potential income for you.
Let's simplify this even further. If you took those 13 sales per product, per day and divided them across 5 different Amazon markets, and you were making less than 3 sales per product, per day in each country, you would be making $10,000 per month in income.
The Rule of 5
The rule of 5 is the strategy that we use in Marketplace Superheroes. Let's imagine that you find 5 simple products on Amazon and that you sell those products in 5 different Amazon marketplaces (Germany, France, Italy, etc.). If you make 5 sales per day, per product, per country, AND an average net profit of $5.
When you multiply that over a 3-day period that comes out to $18,750 in net profit. When you sell a small number of products in a small number of countries and make a small number of sales, it compounds very quickly. Conversely, if you only sell in one Amazon market, you won't necessarily get the same effect.
