Today is a big day for me! I just moved into a 3 million dollar, 3-level penthouse in Yaletown, on the 27th floor, in beautiful downtown Vancouver.
I wanted to give you a tour of where I am living now, and give you a prevue, before I settle in and furnish my place.
It has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2000 square feet of living space. The balcony space itself is 1000 square feet, so it is very spacious.
Some cool features of the penthouse include an automated blind system, a built-in sound system and projector screen, and a wrap-around roof top patio with two BBQ's and a hot tub!
What I love about this place is all of the natural light from the wrap-around windows, which is really important when it comes to filming and live streaming, which I do a lot of in my online business.
Keep in mind that if you have a home-based business, a huge advantage is that you can write-off part of it as a business expense.
