Law of Attraction: How to Manifest Anything You Want

Do you want to be able to manifest anything that you want fast?  You've most likely heard about the law of attraction before, especially with the buzz it's been getting since the book The Secret became available.  The truth is, the law of attraction is a very important law of the universe that has been around for centuries and is affecting every moment of our lives.  If you fail to learn to use the law of attraction, you'll continue to struggle and manifest bad things in your life.  If you can learn to take advantage of it, you possess the ability to create and will know how to manifest what you want in your life.

How Does The Law Of Attraction Work?

When I first heard about the law of attraction, I thought of it as this “new-agey, spiritual mumbo-jumbo”.  I didn't take it seriously and thought it was too airy fairy for me, especially the way the media portrayed it with the release of The Secret and everything.  Once I got more into it and started going through programs about it, I was starting to discover more about how it works.  I started to see the power of the law of attraction in my own life, and how I was able to manifest what I want, namely my goals and dreams.

If I didn't have the success I have now, then I would have told you that it's B.S.  But because I have undeniable evidence and have experienced it working for me first-hand, I am a believer.  I attribute the law of attraction to helping me to create everything I have in my life – the good and the bad.  I take full responsibility for everything that happens for me, the good and bad, as I truly believe that I've created and manifested EVERYTHING.

Both Albert Einstein and Thomas Edison have both been documented with saying, “The brain is a transmitter and receiver of vibrational energy.”  In fact, every cell of the human body transmits energy.  Our brain transmits a frequency through small particles to other brains instantly.  Whatever frequency that you omit, that exact frequency is pulled towards you and sent back to you as a magnet.  

If you go into the science of it, everything on Earth is made up from atoms.  Electrons, which are the negatively charged particles of atoms, are made up of vibration/energy/frequency.  Vibration exists in everything on the planet.  In fact, everything is made up of the same atoms and material.  Our brain has the ability to create any frequency we want with our own thoughts and emotions, which affects physical matter.  There's a fantastic movie called What The Bleep Do We Know that goes more deeply into this.  In the movie, they show Dr. Masaru Emoto's research on how our thoughts and emotions leave messages in water.  I've included a scene from the movie below:

The way the law of attraction works is simple:  Likes attract likes.  A vibration will attract a similar vibration.  The closer the vibrational match, the stronger the magnetic pull.  Whatever frequency that you put out is being pulled back towards you, or is attracted to you.

How To Make The Law Of Attraction Work For You

Andrew Carnegie, once the richest man in the world, shares his keys to success with Napoleon Hill, author of Think And Grow Rich.  The first key is to define your dream, which is another way of saying knowing what you want.  

You have to have specific goals and be clear about what you want to attract into your life.  I've talked time and time about goal setting in my videos and the importance of it.  I'm amazed by how many people that contact me for coaching and when I ask them what their goals are, they are totally unclear and vague.  I've come to realize most people have no idea what they really want.  They haven't taken the time to plan their lives, their futures and their destiny.  This is the first place you need to start!

The second key is to get a burning desire for its achievement.   Once you know how to manifest what you want, you have to know why you want it.  Your burning desire is not a want, but a need – it's something that you can't wait to have.  The burning part makes you think about it more.  You have to literally be obsessed about it and be willing to do whatever it takes to have it.  In many of my videos, I share how to get that burning desire and I also reveal what it takes to achieve what you want.

If that's what it takes to manifest what you want and to attract things in your life, then why does it fail for some?  The reason is because you also need to have a strong belief that you'll get what you want.  

If you don't believe you'll get it, then you won't get it.  Like I said earlier, you get what you think about most of the time.  You may be thinking about your goals regularly and thinking about what you want, but if you're also doubting yourself and have negative thoughts about it, a lack of belief that you can make it happen, then you'll be sending out a negative frequency as well.

Intention + Counter-Intention = Neutralized

Your doubt and negative beliefs is what is neutralizing your positive intention and frequencies that you're sending out.  That's why it's so important to change your limiting beliefs and ensure that you have 100% certainty and belief that you can manifest what you want.

Doubt is the enemy of belief.

How To Increase Your Belief & How to Manifest What You Want

Here's a simple exercise for you to try.  Make a list of what you want.  Seriously, take out a pen and paper and start writing a list of things that you want.  Here, I'll go first:

To own a 2BR/2BA apartment in Yaletown.
To make $100,000/month income.
To be 180 lbs at 10% body fat.
To drive a lambourghini.
To travel Europe for 3 months.
To own a mansion in Laguna Beach.

To have an incredible relationship with my girlfriend that continues to grow daily.
To be able to donate $100,000 year to charity.

Okay, there's just a few things I'd love to have.  Did you do your list as well?  Make sure you did!

Next, put a number next to each item on your list on a scale from 0-10.  The number will represent the level of BELIEF that you have that you will be able to manifest what you want within the next year.  I'll go first:

To own a 2BR/2BA apartment in Yaletown. (10)
To make $100,000/month income. (1)
To be 180 lbs at 10% body fat. (5)
To drive a lambourghini. (1)
To travel Europe for 3 months. (7)
To own a mansion in Laguna Beach. (1)
To have an incredible relationship with my girlfriend that continues to grow daily. (8)
To be able to donate $100,000 year to charity. (1)

As you can see, I have some items on my list that are a 1 – I really want those things, like making $100k/mo and driving a lambourghini, but I doubt myself that I can make it happen within the next year – maybe a few years down the road.  There's also a few things on my list that I have high belief and confidence for, such as owning an apartment in Yaletown and traveling Europe, and having a great relationship.  Perfect – these are things that I will be able to manifest and attract much sooner and easier, since I'll be sending out positive intentions and frequencies for them, and there won't be a conflict of negative counter-intentions of doubt and fear.  Does that make sense?

You need to make sure that your belief is a 7, 8, 9 or 10 for what you want.  If your goal doesn't meet that criteria, change it, and find something you have a stronger belief in.

Start with goals that you can BELIEVE IN.  Focus on the things you are EXCITED ABOUT and BELIEVE you can get!

Here's another quick exercise you can do, this time it will help develop your belief and desire.  Simply close your eyes and visualize what it is that you want.  Visualize your goal in detail – think about how it'd feel, imagine yourself there, and experience it as if it's real.  The more you can visualize and imagine your goal, the more excited you'll get and the more you'll want it.  You'll increase your belief that you can make it happen.  There's a fantastic book on the power of visualization to increase your belief called Psycho-Cybernetics.

Your belief goes up when you see something work, or when you achieve a goal also.  That's why it's best to start small – you will get more and more confidence the more you begin manifesting things in your life.  Success builds confidence.

How To Increase Your Desire For What You Want

You can use the exact same exercise I mentioned earlier to discover what your desire is or what you want.  Simply number each item on your list on a scale from 1 to 10, with the number representing your level of desire for the goal.  I'll go first:

To own a 2BR/2BA apartment in Yaletown. (9)
To make $100,000/month income. (8)
To be 180 lbs at 10% body fat. (8)
To drive a lambourghini. (6)
To travel Europe for 3 months. (7)
To own a mansion in Laguna Beach. (7)
To have an incredible relationship with my girlfriend that continues to grow daily. (7)
To be able to donate $100,000 year to charity. (5)

As you can see from my list, my level of desire for these items are fairly high, but some of them were a bit surprising.  For example, I realized I don't have THAT much desire to drive a lambourghini or even donate $100k to charity.  It'd be nice and I'd love to do it, but it's not a burning desire for me at the moment.  Whereas, I have a strong burning desire to own an apartment in Yaletown and to make more money, improve my body, etc…

Let's say I want to increase my desire… what can I do?  I can do the exercise I mentioned earlier for visualization.  I can simply visualize travelling to Europe, think about what it'd be like, imagine being able to lay on the beach, work from cafe's, meet people, see the world, etc… Already by thinking about it right now, my desire has gone up!  I'm getting more excited about it.  See how this can work?

Another thing you can do is called Dream Building.  I could start researching my goals more online, look up places in Europe I can visit, and by looking up pictures and reading about it, I will get more excited and my desire will go up.  I could look at pictures of Lambourghini's and start to imagine myself driving one.  Better yet, I could visit the car dealership and actually sit in one, possibly test-drive a Lambourghini.  That would increase my desire radically!  The same goes with looking for apartment's that I want to buy – I could start looking at places for sale in the area and imagine myself living in them.  I could even call the realtor and go to the open houses to check it out.  I could create a vision board and put it up in my office.  There is a lot of power in this!

You need to make sure that your desire is a 7, 8, 9 or 10 for what you want.  If your goal doesn't meet that criteria, change it, and find something you have a stronger desire in.

The Sweet Spot…

The “sweet spot” for manifesting what you want comes down to having a strong belief and a burning desire.  Your belief for what you want must be a 7, 8, 9, or 10.  Your desire for what you want must be a 7, 8, 9, or 10.  When you combine those two together, you'll be able to attract what you want easily.  This is the formula I've used to manifest many of that goals I've set for myself.

The last piece is being able to manifest what you want quickly, which is the final piece of the formula that I mention below…

How To Manifest What You Want Fast

If you've been sending out vibrations or frequencies to manifest what you want, and still haven't been able to manifest it, then it's important to understand that there is a Speed of Attraction.  The speed of attraction, or how quickly you manifest things, depends on two questions:

1) What is the intensity or power of frequency?

2) How often are you transmitting that frequency?

The intensity or power depends on the belief/desire you have for what you want to manifest, which is something I'll go over later.  The more belief, desire or intensity you have for what you want, the faster it will come into your life.  Also, the more you send out that frequency or vibration, the faster it will come to you.  You can't just think about your goal one time and expect it to manifest.  You need to obsess over it and be thinking about it constantly, which will send out the vibration more often and attract it faster.

That's why it's so important to make sure you have a morning ritual where you're focused on feeling good and thinking about your goals.  The more you can feel good and experience strong emotions, while thinking about what your want, the faster you'll be able to manifest it.

The Most Important Thing To Remember…

Based on what I've learned about the law of attraction, I've determined that the most important thing to remember is this…

FEEL GOOD ALL THE TIME.

Sounds simple, right?  It is.

You see, when you are focused on feeling good all the time, you will be automatically sending out positive vibrations and frequencies.  You'll be attracting positive things in your life and you'll be manifesting what you want.  If you are feeling miserable and depressed all the time, there's no chance of attracting what you want, since you'll be sending out negative vibrations.  In fact, when you are miserable and depressed, you attract more misery and depression in your life.  Horrible things start happening and it becomes very difficult to get out of.  You get in a downward spiral.

There's many simple things you can do to increase how you feel, such as a morning ritual, increasing your health by eating more organic raw foods, juicing, or cleansing.  Your body is very important to feeling good.  If you are abusing your body or aren't taking good care of it, it's nearly impossible to feel good consistently.  Exercise is also very important to feeling good.  Even saying things like, “I'm so lucky!” and focusing on what you're grateful for will help you feel good, thus manifest positive things in your life.

The truth is, you have created everything in your life.  By taking responsibility for everything that happens to you, it gives you the power to change things.  The law of attraction is always working, whether you know it or not.  

It's also important to understand that sometimes these “bad thing” that may happen to you, are actually blessings and part of the universe helping you get what you want.  For example, let's say what you want is to make more money.  You're focused on it and you're feeling good.  Then what happens is you get fired from your job.  Horrible!  How could this happen?  You see, perhaps the universe is going to give you a better job or career in the future, and you had to lose your job in order for you to get what you want of making more money.  Understand?

Perhaps you have the goal of, “I want a better relationship”, and then your girlfriend breaks up with you.  Perhaps this person wasn't meant to be with you and the law of attraction is working to bring in a new person in your life, which will help to fulfill your intention of wanting a better relationship.  Make sense?  That's why it's also important to be specific.

Whether you decide to believe in the law of attraction or not is up to you.  All I can say is that it's worked for myself and it's given me the ability to manifest what you want.  There's dozens of books out there that go more deeply into it, such as Think And Grow Rich, The Magic Of Believing, and of course The Secret.  Many of the most successful people in the world believe in the law of attraction and openly talk about it.  By believing in it, you're taking responsibility for your life, which gives you the power to change your thinking and start manifesting the life you want!
