Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship that you will ever have.
In today’s constantly connected world, it is more important than ever to find time for solitude. Doing so allows you to build a better relationship with yourself.

Many of us look to external sources for happiness, instead of looking within. We seek validation for our self-worth based on the roles that we play. Robert Holden said it best – “The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have”. Developing a relationship with yourself will improve your relationship with everyone you encounter.
When you feel secure in your own skin, you will attract people who feed into that security. If you can give more to yourself, you will be less dependent on others for that feeling of connection and love. Have you ever wondered how some people wake up happy, vibrant and full of life?
My secret to self-confidence, happiness and vitality are daily morning rituals. Take time each day to nurture your mind, body and soul. Make space every day to just be.
Mary Mannes once said, “The great omission in life is solitude; not loneliness, for this is an alienation that thrives most in the midst of crowds, but that zone of time and space free from outside pressure which is the incubator of the spirit”. Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship that you will ever have. Treasure it.
