Your Relationship With Yourself

Your Relationship With Yourself

Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship that you will ever have.

In today’s constantly connected world, it is more important than ever to find time for solitude.  Doing so allows you to build a better relationship with yourself.

How much time do you spend time with yourself?  If the answer is not much, it is time to make a change.

Unfortunately, the relationship with oneself is the one relationship that people overlook the most.

There is a misconception that people that spend time alone are ‘lonely’ or ‘sad’, but this is far from true.

Many of us look to external sources for happiness, instead of looking within. We seek validation for our self-worth based on the roles that we play.

Robert Holden said it best – “The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have”.

Developing a relationship with yourself will improve your relationship with everyone you encounter.

When you feel secure in your own skin, you will attract people who feed into that security.

If you can give more to yourself, you will be less dependent on others for that feeling of connection and love.

Have you ever wondered how some people wake up happy, vibrant and full of life?

My secret to self-confidence, happiness and vitality are daily morning rituals.

Take time each day to nurture your mind, body and soul. Make space every day to just be.

Mary Mannes once said, “The great omission in life is solitude; not loneliness, for this is an alienation that thrives most in the midst of crowds, but that zone of time and space free from outside pressure which is the incubator of the spirit”.

Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship that you will ever have. Treasure it.

    Hey Stefan,
This is my first time commenting on the blog. I’ve seen some of your YouTube videos and appreciate the positivity and incisive way you discuss the entire self help/improvement genre. This blog and the YT gets a thumbs up from me (literally on YouTube) for the positive vibe and influence you give in a World often driven by fear and negativity.

1-Have you ever done a video or blog entry on Jim Rohn or Brian Tracy’s stuff?

2-Of your various online money making methods-which one can be implemented for the fastest results? What kind of investment captial is required for these projects to start up and get to an independent online income of 4K-5k/month?

    Many Thanks for your help,
    Cecil J

Hey Stefan, I’ve tried contacting you through twitter and youtube comments but I understand that you are too busy to answer my questions. So I thought I would give your email a shot! I’ve been watching a lot of your videos on kindle publishing and a bunch of your other videos on life advice, I recently just watched your interview with your brother which was very inspiration! I also see that you have your own nutrition company on health and fitness which is awesome!

    I have 2 questions.

1 – How many e-books do you have published?

2 – How do you start your own nutrition supplement company?

Fitness is a passion of mine and I want to base my business on Health and Fitness because it is something I truly enjoy. I would love to start a supplement business but I have no idea where to start! I understand that you won’t have the time to reply to this email!

    Thankyou for reading!!
