Norbert used to be a video game addict.

I can relate. I too used to struggle with a video game addiction. It wasn't until his girlfriend gave him an ultimatum that he decided to change his life. She shared one of my YouTube videos with him on how to get started selling on Amazon which sparked his curiosity. He took a leap of faith and joined the Amazing Selling Machine.

In his 1st year, he made $300,000 in sales, and in 18 months, he earned over $1 million dollars. Some of you may be wondering, “How was he able to achieve such a huge feat in a short period of time?” Let's dive into his story to learn how he did it!

Do you mind sharing some of the struggles that you've faced, and how you got to where you are today? 

I started my life pretty badly in that I quit school three times. Unfortunately, I never graduated. Also, I was addicted to video games. The video games were an escape for me. I lived day after day with the same routine – video games, work, video games, work. You could say that I was a typical guy.

I had a 9-to-5 job and I was making around $4,000 per month. Although I was earning decent money, I wasn't saving anything. Eventually, I got to a very low point in my life. My girlfriend couldn't put up with my life anymore. She told me that if I didn't change, she would leave me.

That's when I decided to do something different.

Back in August of 2017, my girlfriend showed me one of your videos about selling on Amazon. To be honest, in the beginning I was so skeptical about it. She insisted that I continue to watch them. I found one of your videos where you were promoting ASM. The program was $4,000.

To be honest, that was the only savings I had. I had three days to decide if I was going to sign up for ASM. The next day, we woke up and Cornelia ran to the bank to make a deposit so that we could purchase ASM. That was the best decision of my life.

Was it my videos that gave you the confidence that you could sell on Amazon? 

The first video of yours that I watched was a promise that I could earn a certain amount of money. I saw the dream lifestyle that you were living and I knew that you were earning a large amount of money. What really bought me was your YouTube channel. When you do research on Amazon, you stumble across a lot of channels of people who boast a very fancy lifestyle. However, on your channel, I felt your honesty.

What has your journey been like since joining The Amazing Selling Machine? 

Selling on Amazon won't give you quick money. I invested money into ASM, but I knew that it didn't necessarily mean that I would earn it back. That's why I invested a lot of time and effort into the course. That was the most challenging part because I still had a 9-to-5 job. I worked on the weekends so that I had money to purchase my first product.

Every day I woke up at 6 am and came back from work at 8 pm.

After 8 pm, I would start working on the course until 1 am every night. It was really hard, especially for me because I had no work ethic or motivation at the time. Playing video games is a great way to procrastinate. After work, I was so tired but I still had to sit and work. There were no breaks. I did 16 hour days.

What was the mindset that helped you along your journey?

You have to believe in yourself. Today, I can see that. When people start selling on Amazon they don't believe in the system. The system works. It's proven by so many people. All that matters is that you put in the hard work.

If you do that, you will succeed.

It's hard to stay positive during difficult times, but you have to go through it and never give up. You can create something that someone else already created.

Do you primarily sell on Amazon or have you expanded to other platforms?

In the beginning, we were only selling on Amazon. However, when you expand, more doors open up for you. Now we have a plan to make a really big brand from one of our products. It will take some time but, for me, Amazon was a great jumpstart. You can earn great money from that platform. Once you have a stable income, you can take any path you want.

Any advice for someone who is looking to make a change in their life and get started selling on Amazon?

Three years ago I was in the same spot as many people are now. Money is just money. If you really want to change your life, try anything. There is a risk involved, but money is something that you earn overtime. If you lose some now, you can always make it back.

You don't have to sacrifice your leg! If you really want to change your life, you have to take a step in the right direction. If you don't, you will only stay in the same spot. Joining ASM was the best decision of my life. I can say that with a pure heart.
