My YouTube Camera Setup For Recording YouTube Videos

I originally started the Project Life Mastery YouTube channel back in 2012.

When I first started, I had no idea what I was doing. I used just a simple $100 digital camera that had a recording option on it and started from there.

With that camera alone, I recorded a morning ritual YouTube video that has since gotten over 600,000 views.

In that video, the quality and sound quality was poor.  I didn't even have a tripod and at a certain point of the video, the camera fell over as I had it propped up on a stack of books at the time.

The success of that video, and many others, proves that you don't need expensive or a high-end YouTube camera setup for recording YouTube videos. In many cases, I still use the camera on my iPhone 6 as it's faster and more convenient.

However, taking the next step to upgrade your Youtube camera setup can make a big difference to your brand and YouTube videos and help you go to a whole new level.

This is all of the camera recording equipment that I use for recording YouTube videos.

Again, I want to emphasize again that you don't require all of this equipment.

I've invested thousands of dollars in all of this, but keep in mind that I didn't start with it all.  I'm now running a big business and have been able to re-invest some of my profits into improving my camera equipment to help build my YouTube channel.

So start with what you can afford.  And as you start making more money, then invest some of that into better recording equipment.

Also, remember that all of this stuff is a great long-term investment.  It will pay off for many years to come and help you build your brand.

I've personally now been able to film products and many other great things with my equipment, that has helped me grow my business immensely.
