In a previous video blog, I shared how to feel AWESOME all the time, which explains how to change this default state of being so that you can feel awesome consistently in your life.
In my experience, the best way to change your emotions is through conditioning with a morning ritual. By consistently conditioning the emotional states you want everyday, you'll be able to shape the beliefs and emotions that you desire. Happiness becomes a lasting and automatic part of your life.
