They understand that this is the most important step to building a blog. When it comes to writing content, you want to have a strong header that evokes emotions in your readers. Why is this important? Because research shows that 80% of people will read your headlines, but only 20% of those people will read the rest of your content.

Focus on educating your readers, giving them valuable strategies and tips, and providing answers to their problems. It's about quality, not quantity. When you do the work to create valuable content, it will help you transform your readers into prospective buyers when you start promoting your products and services to them.

If you want to be a successful professional blogger, you need to know how to optimize your blog content. You could have the best blog out there, but if nobody is reading it, then what's the point? There are many ways that you can get free traffic to your blog, but let's hone in on Google. How your content is ranked in Google is determined by two factors: on-page and off-page optimization.

On-page optimization consists of  optimizing your content's title tags, description tags and keyword tags for the phrases and keywords that you want to rank for, whereas off-page optimization consists of the number and quality of links that are pointing back to your blog. By mastering these concepts, it will help you successfully rank your content in Google.

4. Monetize Your Blog 

Successful professional bloggers have the mindset of building a blog that they can make money from. Once you have set up your blog and are starting to get some good traffic from it, you want to monetize it. This can be done through affiliate marketing, pay per click ads, selling eBooks, digital products, or coaching/consulting services.
