Ho'oponopono-Prayer-For-HealingDiscover The Secret Hawaiian Ho'oponopono Prayer For Healing That Will Change Your Life

I recently read the book Zero Limits by Joe Vitale, which shares a secret Hawaiian system for wealth, health, peace, and more.  The “secret system” is what is called the Ho'oponopono prayer for healing, which is taught in the book.

In Joe's book, he shares a powerful story about how this therapist was able to miraculously heal these criminals in a mental institute, without even visiting them.  He used the Ho'oponopono prayer for healing by just repeating the phrase, “I love you, I'm sorry, Forgive me, Thank you” over and over again.

Since learning about this Ho'oponopono prayer, I've been using it consistently throughout my life as part of my morning ritual.  It's made a huge difference in creating more love, peace and prosperity.  It heals your life.

Ho'oponopono Prayer For Healing Mantra

There's different Ho'oponopono prayers and mantras that you can repeat to yourself, but the one I've most frequently used has just been repeating “I love you.  I'm sorry.  Forgive me.  Thank you.”

When using this mantra, you're speaking it to the Divine or your Creator.  You never aim to “fix” another person or situation, rather you focus on healing YOURSELF.  When you heal yourself, everything else in your reality will change.

A common theme throughout the book Zero Limits by Joe Vitale, is the fact that we are responsible for EVERYTHING in our lives.  This may be a challenge to fully grasp, but it's a core concept of Ho'oponopono.

YOU are responsible for everything.  Even if you had nothing to do with it – you did.  You still manifested it into your world.

For example, if a person approaches you on the street and scams you – YOU are responsible for that.  How?  Why?  Because there was something in you that manifested that into your reality.  Through healing, those situations won't come up anymore.

If someone else drives into your car, YOU are responsible for that.  Again, because you attract certain energies to you by the energy you're omitting into the world.

The Ho'oponopono prayer for healing mantra is something that is used to heal yourself, which will change others.  You're influencing and healing others through healing yourself, in an indirect way.

I personally use this mantra everyday, all throughout the day.

If I notice anything that I manifested or attracted into my life that is negative, then I just repeat the mantra:

I love you.  I'm sorry.  Forgive me.  Thank you.

If I'm in a negative state or a bad mood or have negative thoughts, I just go back to healing by repeating the mantra:

I love you.  I'm sorry.  Forgive me.  Thank you.

That's it.  I don't complicate it.  All of the power is in those words.

Those words give love.  They accept responsibility.  They apologize.  They ask for forgiveness.  They show appreciation and gratitude.

To fully incorporate the Ho'oponopono prayer for healing into your life, I recommend making it apart of your morning ritual.  I often do it while I'm on the treadmill or exercising, looking myself in the mirror as I repeat the healing prayer.

Give it a try and check out Joe Vitale's book, Zero Limits.

This is the ultimiate way to be response-able to what happens to you in life. You really need to be a strong person to view others from such a loving perspective. It is not yet always easy for me. It helps if you try to see others like a loved one, for me it is giving them the love I would give my little nice and forgive them. This is so empowering and a gift you can give yourself.
