I would like to share with you what supplements I take, why I take them, and when I take them. I am excessive when it comes to supplements because I hold health to the highest standard possible. There is no greater investment that you can make.

My business requires that I have an abundance of energy on a daily basis.  I believe that low energy levels are what hold people back from accomplishing their goals. I cant tell you how many people I know that want to build a business, but that don’t have the energy to do so.

There is a lot of debate around the benefits of supplements. In my opinion, the best thing that you can do is to try out different ones and determine how they make you feel. Every supplement I take has provided my body with incredible benefits. I would like to share with you some of the supplements that I take.  Keep in mind that some are health-based, preventative-based, and/or fitness-based:

Vitamin D3

Helps to optimize bone, heart, and mood health, and overall vitality. If you live in a climate where sunlight is rare, this supplement will make a big difference.

Oil of Oregano 

This product is antiparasitic, antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal. It is great for purifying the blood.

Liquid Ionic Calcium Magnesium 

Ive done bone density scans and I have lower density, which is genetic. I take it in an ionic form because of the absorpability factor.

If you can have powder form, that’s even better.

Colloidal Silver 

This is a natural antibiotic. If I have some sort of bacterial infection, this is my go-to. Im not a fan of taking antibiotics. Make sure you are taking probiotics if you are taking this.

CLA (conjugated linoleic acid)

This is one of the most popular weight loss supplements in the world. I take one soft gel before and after my workout. If you are into fitness, take this supplement.

L-Carnitine 

This is a great supplement for fat loss and recovery. I take one soft gel before and after a workout.

BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acid)

This is a great supplement for muscle growth/maintenance.

Masszymes

Digestive enzymes that help you absorb more protein.

P3-OM Probiotics

Probiotics are very important for you gut health. 98% of disease comes from your gut. Taking probiotics helps to fight off the bad bacteria.

Fun fact! The best way to get probiotics is through kissing. When you are kissing, you are sharing bacteria.

Cayenne Pepper

Great for your digestion and the immune system.

Garlic, Ginger Root, Onion

These are all great for your immune system, as well as for recovery.

Omega 3s 

This is a very important supplement for brain function, fat loss, etc. These are essential fatty acids, which means that your body cant produce them.

I take 2-3 soft gels/day. The book, The Depression Cure: The 6-Step Program to Beat Depression without Drugs  talks about the benefits of these supplements.

Udos Oil 

Udo’s Oil is a plant-based oil blend that is rich in essential Omega fatty acids and other vital nutrients.

Electric C

This is a great anti-oxidant for fighting off infections and inflammation.

Enhanced Digestive Enzymes

Enzymes work everywhere in your body, promoting digestion and metabolism.  I take these with every meal that I have (3-5 capsules).

Herb Cocktail

This synergistic detoxification product works naturally with your body to rebuild healthy eliminations.

E-Fusion

This powerful Vitamin E & amino acid complex is formulated to promote energy, health, and healing.

Athletic Greens

This is a great green power product for alkalizing your body.  It immediately gives you energy.

TruMarine Collagen Protein

This is a great product for your hair, skin, joints, nails, etc.

Sun Warrior Protein 

This product is a raw (not heated over 90 degrees) vegan protein that is Organic, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Hypo-Allergenic, and Non-GMO.

Iron Vegan Protein Powder

L-glutamine

A mushroom fungus that lives on certain caterpillars in the high mountain regions of China.  This is a really good product for oxygenating your cells.

Shroom Tech Immune/Alpha Brain

Designed to help the body maintain a strong immune system. I find that I am way more focused when I take these supplements.

All of these supplements have proven to do great things for my health. Lao Tzu once said, “If you don’t take care of your body, than where are you going to live?” You have one body.  Take care of it.

    I enjoy working out and staying healthy. My two supplements that I take, especially when I want to gain muscle, are Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein, as well as the pre-workout called C4 by Cellucor. C4 gives you incredible energy and focus while working out (without crashing or getting tired a couple hours later). The casein is great to take before going to bed so that your body can use the protein for muscle repair and growth.

    Hello Stefan Great video you obviously done a lot of research. I do not see the links to the products that you covered in the video. Can you show where the links are that you stated in th video?
