For the next 30 days, every morning I will spend time engaging in activities that nourish my body, mind, and spirit, whether that's exercising, meditating or reading a book. I will do these things so that I able to perform at my peak state every single day.
A morning ritual sets the tone for your entire day. Studies prove that willpower is the strongest in the morning before exhaustion and other priorities get in your way. There is a reason why the most successful people in this world share morning rituals in common with one another. It allows them to become the best versions of themselves.
Time is precious. If you want to master your life, you need to first learn how to master your time. Do you have a morning ritual? If not, this is the perfect opportunity to start one.

The importance of a meaningful morning ritual cannot be overstated.
I've been practicing morning rituals consistently for the last 15 years. I can confidently say that this has been one of the most powerful things that I've done in order to take my life to a whole new level.
Doing the same thing every single morning may seem repetitive and mundane. However, these habits train your brain to stay hyperfocused, so that you can narrow in on what matters most and eliminate the white noise that comes with unnecessary stress and worry.
Did you know that it's what you do every single day that determines who you are as a person? If you wake up every morning, throw on a pot of coffee, eat a donut, and rush out the door feeling stressed and overwhelmed, you will be reactive for the rest of the day. In this state, you won't feel happy, energized or productive. This is why it's so important to condition your mindset for success.
In the beginning stages of a morning ritual, it can be challenging because you won't see changes right away.
Change doesn't happen overnight. When it comes to changing your behavioral patterns, you've got to take a long-term approach. In order to successfully break a habit, I encourage you to think about what your motivation is. This will be the driving force that keeps you committed to your ritual.

When it comes to the benefits of a morning ritual, there are too many to count. However, a powerful one to make reference to is research by the American Physiological Association. This study found that, by following a morning routine, your levels of stress, depression, and anxiety will decrease, while your level of satisfaction will increase.
Our mind, body, and soul are interconnected.
Your body influences your mood, and your mood influences your body. When you feel good in one area of your life, it will supercharge all of the other areas of your life as well. Whatever you want to achieve in life, the foundation for success will require that you identify and stay committed to healthy habits and rituals.

In order to qualify for the prizes, start your 30 Day Morning Ritual Challenge challenge and post on social media by June 29th. On July 29th, 2018 I will be awarding 10 lucky winners some amazing prizes! The winners will be selected at random from those that successfully complete the challenge. I will announce the winners of the challenge on my social media pages.
To participate in the 30 Day Morning Ritual Challenge, participants need to:
- Publicly post on Instagram or Twitter that they are committing to the challenge and use hashtag #30daymorningritualchallenge
- Post something every day on their social media for 30 days relating to their morning ritual. It could be in your Instagram story. However, if you publicly post on your page and use the hashtag, you will be more likely to win as we can verify your participation.
- For the next 30 days, I will be posting about my rituals on my Instagram, Twitter, and my Facebook page.

It’s important to remember that there isn’t a gold standard morning ritual. Everyone has different needs, based on their values and lifestyle. However, there is an ideal ritual that will work for you and your life.
As Bruce Lee once said, “Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own.”
