Using gratitude questions is also powerful in a relationship or with anyone that you meet. When you ask others, “What are you grateful for?”, then you're also directing their focus to think about what they're grateful for. And as a result, they feel will gratitude and appreciation.
Gratitude is one of the greatest gifts that we can give to ourselves and to others.
