CONDITION YOUR MIND FOR SUCCESS

1

I would like to share with you how you can condition your mind for success.

If you want to be successful in life, you have to condition and strengthen your mind, every day.

This is what the most successful people in the world do.

They learned from the best of the best – coaches and mentors that inspired and supported their growth and development, which allowed them to master their minds and emotions.

Tim Grover was a famous trainer for many great athletes of the world, like Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and Dwayne Wade.

They have all worked with him in order to become mentally and physically strong.

Tim Grover believes that your mindset is the most important thing in life.  This excerpt from his book, Relentless: From Good to Great To Unstoppable (Michael Jordan’s personal trainer) describes what goes through Michael’s head every day:

“Forget about trying, because if your just trying, then losing is still and option. you want to be the best? Then you ignore the pain and the exhaustion and the pressure to please everyone else. You don’t let your enemies take your balls, you don’t let them set up shop in your head. When all hell breaks loose on the outside, you barely notice; your calm on the inside, you’re ready, prepared and the best at what you do. You don’t tell anyone how you’re going to handle the situation, you just handle it. Everyone else is panicking and choking, and you say, ‘No problem’. You step on the other guys throat, and you finish the fight, and aftrward, you don’t explain how you did it. They won’t understand, and they don’t have to. Just take a moment alone to recognise what you have accomplished, and move onto the next challenge!”

You have the power to choose your thoughts. How do you process your experiences of life?

When life gets tough, do you give up or do you keep going?

Each day affords you the opportunity to level up your life and become the best version of yourself.

When you demand more from yourself, you are unstoppable. In the words of Tony Robbins, “If you want to change your life, you have to raise your standards.”

When you have a strong ‘why’, which is your purpose in life, anything is possible.

Program your mind with positive thoughts that empower you to take massive action towards achieving your goals.   It all starts in your mind.

The only thing standing in your way of success is YOU.

The best way to condition your mind for success is to adopt a morning ritual. Since I was 17 years old, rituals have been an integral part of my life.

I preach the power of them, because I am living proof that they work. They have transformed my life, on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level.

“You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.” – John C Maxwell

When you condition your mind for success, life becomes a gift. You experience passion, joy, love, and happiness.

Never forget that you are capable of doing and being anything in life.

Believe in yourself and the world is your oyster.

  • Stefan,

I stumbled upon your website this morning and am glad I did. While the quote belongs to Tim Grover, I thank you for passing it along to me.

“When all hell breaks loose on the outside, you barely notice; your calm on the inside, you’re ready, prepared and the best at what you do. You don’t tell anyone how you’re going to handle the situation, you just handle it. Everyone else is panicking and choking, and you say, ‘No problem’. You step on the other guys throat, and you finish the fight, and aftrward, you don’t explain how you did it.”

Can I ask you a question (aside from this one I just asked)?

It seems as though you use quotes, rituals, and mentors to create an unbreakable mental desire for greatness. Having heard many different perspectives, I am curious to know what you think about daily affirmations? That is, are you a fan of them? Why or why not? If yes, how specific do you get with yours? Do you believe that they help create a pathway to success, whatever the definition of success is?
