Welcome to my live stream Goal Setting workshop on the 100 Day Challenge!

Today is an important day because it marks the last 100 days of the year. We need to make sure that we step up and finish the year strong!

If you have fallen short on your goals, its okay. There is still time left. Now is the time to focus on what you want to achieve for the remainder of 2016.

Its not enough to just set goals – this is the first step in achievement. Anybody can set a New Years resolution. The more important thing is EXECUTION.

I want to share with you how to actually set goals and take massive action.

I utilize a process in my life that has helped me tremendously, called the “Life Mastery Circle”.

You need to make sure that you are making progress in each area of your life.

When you set goals for the remainder of the 100 days, focus on specific areas of your life that you want to grow and expand in.

#1 – Decide how many goals you want to set

You need to fully commit to each one, and follow through. It is important that you set SMART goals – specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time line. Make sure that your goals follow this philosophy.

Once you set smart goals, you will gain momentum and confidence.

#2 – Set specific goals

Ask yourself, “What are areas of my life that I want to change?” What is a desire that you want to create for your life?

What is your vision? What do you want to achieve in the remainder of 2016?

I like to language my goals in a specific way. You want to make sure that your goals are compelling and that they excite you.

Keep in mind that your goals and my goals can be totally different.   Everyone is at a different level and stage in their life.

Here are the 5 goals that I am going to set for the 100-Day Challenge:

Health Goal – 15-Day Juice Fast

“I will easily do a 15-day juice fast to cleanse and heal my body, creating an unstoppable energy and vitality by Sept 21, 2016”. This affirmation follows the SMART philosophy.

Adding the word “will” and “easily” allows your brain to view the experience as enjoyable.

“To cleanse and heal my body”, provides the reason and the purpose for carrying out the goal.

I believe that your health is wealth. Energy is life. If you want to do anything in your life, it will require a tremendous amount of energy.

When you master your health, everything else is enhanced.

Business Goal – Self Development Course

I will easily create a new life-changing self development video course that will add massive value and transform peoples’ lives by Dec 31st, 2016.

Business Finance Goal

I will easily earn 2 million dollars with Project Life Mastery by Dec, 31st 2016. I’ve got to step it up if I want to achieve this goal. Last year we did 1.5 million with Project Life Mastery, so I need to earn an extra $500,000. Challenge accepted!

Self-Development Goal

I will easily read five books by Dec 31st, 2016. If you follow me on Snapchat, my username is stefanjames1, I share the books that I’m reading. Currently, I am reading three books – “A Purpose Driven Life”, “The Greatest Salesman In the World”, and “Grit”.

Relationship Goal

I will easily create more passion and love in my relationship with Tatiana by doing our bi-weekly relationship journal by Dec 31st, 2016. This is a process and a ritual that I carry out in my relationship.

Every two weeks, my girlfriend and I check-in with one another on our vision for our relationship.

Its important to realize that every person has different needs. If you want to have a successful relationship, you need to make sure that you are putting your partner’s needs above your own.

This process creates more passion and connection in our relationship.

Q and A

I would like to answer some of your questions about goal-setting, motivation, the 100 Day Challenge, etc.

 Q:  How do you recommend finding a mastermind group?

Meetup.com

You need to surround yourself with like-minded people. Go to meetup.com, proactively join these meet-up groups, attend seminars, events, etc.

In doing so, you will be able to network and meet other people that are into self-development, health and wellness, business, etc.,

Virtual Mastermind Groups

You could join Facebook groups, Google hangouts, connect with people via Skype, etc.

Paid Groups

I pay $2500/year to be a part of a group called, The Brotherhood. They carefully screen you, but there are other groups that are cheaper. Keep in mind, the higher the level of the master mind group, the more benefit you will get from it.

Q: What was the single most powerful action that you took to improve your relationship with money and wealth creation?

I changed my beliefs, my blueprint, because, oftentimes, we have beliefs about money that are inner conflicts. I identified what was holding me back about success and figuring out what I needed to do in order to resolve.

I focused on daily rituals and I learned NLP in order to overcome my limiting beliefs.  I made a choice to fully commit to my success.

Success became a moral obligation.  I stepped up, and raised my game to the next level.

 Q: How do you put realistic timelines on your goals?

 It’s a bit of speculation, because nobody really knows. Have a timeline that you believe ins realistic. Make sure you have really thought through the goal.

Because I have a hectic schedule, I need to make sure that my schedule makes sense. I like to be safe ad cautious with my timelines, and you can always achieve a goal before the deadline. Do the best you can to speculate with the goals that you have.

 Q: What do you do when you reach or fail a goal? Any rituals or celebrations?

When I set goals, I always make sure that I set up a reward and a consequence – the reward is some sort of pleasure I will give myself, because whatever gets rewarded, gets reinforced. For example, a trip, a massage, a treat, spending spree.

Whenever you do something well, pat yourself on the back or acknowledge yourself. The consequence is the pain (shame, guilt) of what will happen if you don’t follow through.

Henry David Thoreau once said, “What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals”.

Commit to your goals, take massive action, and become the best version of yourself!
