The million dollar entrepreneur mindset isn’t something that people are born with. Rather, it is something that is built, through years of hard work, patience, persistence, and laser-sharp focus. The most successful entrepreneurs in the world have worked tirelessly to condition their mindset.
In his book, Secrets Of The Millionaire Mind: Mastering the Inner Game of Wealth, T. Harv Eker explains that the money blueprint that we learn from early age determines our financial success and fulfillment as adults. The good news is that we are all capable of reprogramming our mindset for success.
Mindset is the single most important factor that determines entrepreneurial success. In the words of T. Harv Eker himself, “Money will only make you more of what you really are.” Are you ready to learn how you can develop the million dollar entrepreneur mindset?

Anyone can adopt the million dollar entrepreneur mindset.
Are you up for the challenge? Building a million dollar entrepreneur mindset requires laser sharp focus, discipline, hard work, commitment, patience, and resilience. Successful entrepreneurs share these traits in common with one another. They have mastered their mindset, and in doing so, have achieved success than some people only dream of.
Mindset is always more important than strategy. Don’t get me wrong, business strategies matter, but you cannot grow until you have cultivated a growth mindset.
Follow these 4 steps to start building your million dollar entrepreneur mindset today.
1. Learn From Others
You can read all of the books that you want on how to build a million dollar entrepreneur mindset, but when it comes down to it, there’s nothing that compares to learning from people who have actually achieved what you want in life.
The best way to learn how to become a successful entrepreneur is to actually learn from a successful entrepreneur. Before you launch your business, seek advice from others. Find a mentor and learn everything that you can from him/her.
Successful entrepreneurs learn from the mistakes and challenges of others. When you know where others have tripped up, you can avoid those pitfalls, ensuring that your route to success is much more smooth.
2. Take Action
A lot of people have access to success strategies, but they don’t get the results they desire, because they never actually apply the strategies. You can buy all of the courses, trainings and seminars that you want, but if you don’t have an action mindset, you won’t implement any of the knowledge that you learn.
In his book, Average is Over, Tyler Cowen says that, “The more information that’s out there, the greater the returns to just being willing to sit down and apply yourself. Information isn’t what’s scarce; it’s the willingness to do something with it.”
Someone who possesses a million dollar entrepreneur mindset understands that the best way to get results is by taking consistent action toward the achievement of their business goals. As Thomas Jefferson once said, “Do you want to know who you are? Don’t ask. Act! Action will delineate and define you.”
3. Add Massive Value
In order to build wealth, you first need to add value. In the online business world, if you want to build long-term relationships with your customers and build a raving fan culture, you always have to give more value than what you get.
This is an especially important concept to understand for those of who are making the shift from being an employee to an entrepreneur. When you are an employee, you are in a value extractor mindset, where you are focused on extracting value from your employer.
The focus is more on adding value to yourself and the company you work for. However, when you become an entrepreneur, you don't get paid for your time. You are only paid for the value that you provide.
The more value that you can create for your customers, the richer and more financially abundant your business will become. Why? Because people buy from people that they like and trust.
4. Master The Art Of Focus
Focus is one of the #1 skills that you need in order to master entrepreneurial success. Without focus, you are unable to think clearly, and when you can’t think clearly, you are unable to achieve your goals.
Successful entrepreneurs have laser sharp focus. They don’t get distracted by the shiny object syndrome. Rather, they stay committed to everything that they do, they master the fundamentals, go deep in the learning process, and do whatever it takes in order to achieve success.
Someone who has a million dollar entrepreneur mindset understands that repetition is the mother of all mastery. One of the best ways to accelerate your success in life is to practice something until it becomes natural.
This is the reason why I re-read books, go through courses/training programs multiple times, and attend the same seminars, over and over again. When I go deep and take the time to master what I learn, I am able to eliminate all other distractions.
If you want to build a million dollar business, you need to start with a million dollar entrepreneur mindset.
Mindset is always more important than strategy. Never doubt the power of your mind. If you want to achieve success in any area of your life, I encourage you to master your mindset.
Take it from Steve Maraboli, who said, “Today, you have the opportunity to transcend from a disempowered mindset of existence to an empowered reality of purpose-driven living. Today is a new day that has been handed to you for shaping. You have the tools, now get out there and create a masterpiece.”
What are you waiting for? It's time to master your inner game and achieve the financial success that you have always dreamed of.
