I would like to share with you how to accelerate mastery. This occurs through a process known as positive reinforcement, which was proposed by a behavioral psychologist by the name of B.F. Skinner. In operant conditioning, positive reinforcement works by presenting a motivating/reinforcing stimulus to a person after the desired behavior is exhibited, making the behavior more likely to happen in the future. You may be wondering, “How does this theory apply to mastery?”

Whenever you do something positive, you need to reward yourself for it. When you do, that behavior will repeat itself. That is how to accelerate mastery.
