Have you ever wondered how some people are able to achieve massive success, while others flounder? The secret to their success is consistency.
Unfortunately, a lot of people struggle with consistency. Have you ever felt that you keep repeating the same negative habits that hinder you from achieving success? If so, you aren’t alone.

It all starts in your mind. Your beliefs shape your reality. The best way to harness the power of belief is through daily practices that condition your way of thinking. Consistency isn’t a chore for me; it’s something that I love to do every day, but I have worked hard to condition that belief system.
Don’t be a dabbler. Don’t start something and never finish it. This behaviour reflects a lack of commitment and consistency. If you want to achieve anything of value and of meaning in your life, you need to be consistent over the long-term.
Stay focused and stay hungry.
In the words of Tony Robbins, “In essence, if we want to direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.” Keep in mind that 100% consistency does not exist. If you adopt this mentality, you are setting yourself up for failure. Aim for 90-95%.
If you fall, just get back up again. Don’t be hard on yourself. There will always be shiny objects and opportunities that will try to distract you from achieving your goals. If you want to be successful in life you need to discipline yourself and focus on the strategies that will bring you one step closer to success.
The power of consistency over time is reflected in your ability to fall in love with the process, and not get so hung up on the result. Find ways to associate pleasure with activities that bring you closer to where you want to be in life. When you adopt a mastery mindset, everything else in your life changes for the better.
This shift reflects the power of consistency over time.
In the words of Jon Gordon, “Successful people do ordinary things with extraordinary consistency, commitment, and focus.” Your ability to show up for your life every day and take action reflects the power of consistency over time. If you can do that, I promise you that success will be a part of your reality.
