Fitness Progress Report #6: 4 Weeks To WBFF Competition
There's 4 weeks to go until the WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition on June 23, 2012 in Vancouver. Since my last Fitness Progress Report two weeks ago, I've begun leaning out and my body has slowly been tightening up. As you'll be able to see from the pictures below, the outlines of my abs are beginning to be revealed. We've only made some slight adjustments to lowering my fat intake by 10 grams for the last two weeks, and it's amazing how such a little change can make a noticeable difference.
To be honest, I'm a bit nervous and concerned about having my abs being defined enough for the competition in only 4 weeks. I've asked my coach about this and he's assured me that over the next 4 weeks they will be there. Fitness Progress Report #5: Beginning Fat-Loss Phase
I'm 6 weeks away from the WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition on June 23rd, 2012 and my coach has just this last week instructed me to start lowing my daily calories to commence my fat-loss phase. After my last Fitness Progress Report two weeks ago, I was weighing in around 152.9 lbs. The highest my weight has peaked was around 155 lbs last week, and now it's slowly starting to come down around 154 lbs. My goal for the competition is to be around 147-148 lbs and 4-5% body fat.
Since my very first Fitness Progress Report on February 18 to May 1, 2012, I've been focused on gaining muscle and adding a little bit more size, while keeping body fat very minimal. During that time (2.5 months), it looks like I've gained about 6-7 lbs. Fitness Progress Report #4: Final Stages Of Mass Gain Before Leaning Out
I'm about two months out from the WBFF Fitness Modelling Competition on June 23rd in Vancouver and it's time to post another Fitness Progress Report, to see how I'm progressing towards that goal.
